Refund and returns policy
This Policy explains how to request refunds, replacements, or order corrections for VitaFlow products purchased from Removalbright.ddd through removalbright.world. It complements our Terms of Service and does not replace mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.
Consumer statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from statutory remedies for conformity defects in addition to the goodwill processes below. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights.
Cooling-off for distance contracts
Where the Consumer Rights Directive and Irish implementing rules grant a fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance sales of goods, the period begins the day you receive the product. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene once opened, when unsealing was required after delivery. If your product falls under an exception, we will explain before purchase where feasible.
Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what you purchased, contact us within fourteen calendar days of delivery. Include photographs of the outer carton, inner packing, and batch details visible on the label. We will offer a prepaid return label or replacement dispatch where we verify the issue. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund the product price and standard outbound shipping you paid.
Non-defective change of mind
When the law grants you a withdrawal right and the product remains sealed and resalable, you may return it within the statutory window. You bear direct return shipping costs unless we advertise free returns for your region. We refund the product price within fourteen days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Partial returns and bundles
If you purchased a bundle at a discount, returning one item may void the bundle price; we will recalculate the remaining items at standard unit pricing before issuing a partial refund.
Refund processing times
After we approve a refund, banks and card schemes typically settle within five to ten business days. We initiate the refund within fourteen business days of receiving and inspecting eligible returns unless a dispute requires investigation.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause duplicate goodwill refunds until the bank resolves the dispute to avoid double recovery.
Items we cannot always refund
Opened food supplements where hygiene or safety rules prevent resale, promotional items marked non-returnable, and personalised packaging may be excluded. Customs duties or import taxes paid to authorities are generally non-refundable through us; check your local rules.
How to start a request
Email talk@removalbright.world with “Returns” in the subject, your order number, and a concise description. We reply with a return merchandise authorisation and address. Do not return goods without authorisation; unsolicited parcels may be refused.
